Hand formed, drilled, soldered and hammered....One of a kind.

Simple modernist style, hand fabricated lens shape, dangle earrings. Hand formed in sterling silver and copper.

Materials:
Sterling Silver

Beach Stones

Technique: 
Each sterling silver wire is hand formed and hammered.
Each sterling silver ear wire on these earrings has been soldered for strength and stability. 
Hand formed and hammered lens and disc shaped elements. Tiny sterling discs were also added to the copper dangles. 
I hand drilled beach stones that I rock hounded near the Central Coast of California. 
I added a patina to highlight the textures of the hammered metal.
 
Measurements:
Ear wires: 20 gauge - 1 inch in length
Total length: 1 7/8 inches-from top of ear wire to the end point of the beach stone dangle section. A touch over a 1/2 of an inch in width.  

Weight per earring. 0.1 1/2 of an ounce. Total weight of both earrings: 0.3 of an ounce.
