Hand created, sawed, and soldered....One of a kind.

Inspirations: 
I designed these earrings with an Art Nouveau era inspired botanical design. These earrings showcase these beautiful matrix on these Kingman Turquoise cabochons.

Materials:
Sterling Silver 

Stone, cabochon: Kingman Turquoise - stabilized - not dyed - backed for stability 

 
Technique:

Earring setting: Hand cut Sterling Silver earring base. Hand formed and hand cut bezel setting. Hand cut botanical pattern on the back of each setting base. Hand formed sterling silver ear wires.
I added a patina-oxidation to the earring bases to enhance the textures on these earrings.

Measurements:
Ear wire post: 20 gauge
Earring length: a touch over 1 3/4 inches in length from top of ear wire to the end tip of the sterling setting. A touch over 5/8 of an inch in width at the widest point.

WEIGHT per earring. 0.2 of an ounce. Total weight of both earrings: 0.4 of an ounce.
