Hand formed, sawed, and soldered....

Inspirations: 
Mid Century era, geometric inspired pendant.

Materials:
Sterling Silver and Copper elements 
Stone, cabochon: Willow Creek Jasper that I cut and polished. Sea Glass that I found on the West Coast.  
Necklace: Leather 

Technique:  
Pendant: I hand cut the sterling silver setting and individually soldered sterling and copper circular elements to the setting in multiple layers. All hand cut and formed copper elements. A mountain scape pattern was hand cut on the back of the setting of the pendant. I added copper prongs to the asymmetrical setting. Hand formed caged copper elements hold the sea glass with a sterling, soldered, granule center. 
All connections are soldered for strength and longevity. 
Patina/oxidation has been added to the pendant. 

Measurements:
Necklace, leather with copper attachments and sterling silver hand formed clasp - a touch over 15  inches in length 
Pendant length: 2 inches in length. 1 1/4 inches at the widest part.
