Planetary Series VII. My annual collection that I love creating. From the cut and polish of these cabochons, to the hand drawn planetary elements, and all the hand cut and formed sterling and copper pieces. Eight pieces in this series.

Hand formed, sawed, and soldered....

Materials:
Sterling Silver elements 
Stone, cabochon: Lapis Lazuli

Technique:
Pendant: I hand cut and polished these gorgeous Lapis Lazuli cabochon. I hand cut the sterling silver settings. I added many tiny small torched sterling granules to the top of the setting as well as to the sterling dangles. I hand cut a crescent moon and stars to the back of the sterling setting. 
All connections are soldered for strength and longevity. 
Patina/oxidation has been added to the pendant.

Measurements:

Pendant: 3 1/2  inches in length and a touch over 1 1/8 inches in width.
